When Najib Becomes the PM - Part 3. Who will be the Pahang MB?

From my earlier posting of ''When Najib Becomes the PM -Part 2'', 2 comments worth a full posting in reply and herewith reproduced in full... ZV said... Dear DSN... Quoted from ur post.. If at all they have any intention of becoming the next MB of Pahang come March 2009, my word of advice to Jabatan Penerangan, "don't adjust the volume or change the mic...it's the way they talk!".As u know there is already talk in bandar (kuantan) that a new MB will emerge come March 09 and your post here strengthen the rumor...perhaps the new MB comes from the very division in which the state capital sits...perhaps yea? However, the new MB, if these is one, will need tutoring on public speaking, face-to-face communication and above all improve the hell his communication skills especially in english since his only mastered foreign lingo is japanese...yes? Then again, Long aways said he is tired lah, wanna rileks lah, time to take a step down lah...Ayahanda di Pekan pun...

When Najib Becomes the PM. Part 2

Part 2 of my "When Najib Becomes the PM" is such a nice piece written by my blogger friend Sakmongkol. Please read Pekan Politics Sakmongkol was an "axed" ADUN for Pulau Manis in Pekan and he knows Pekan like the back of his palms. Not that I dare not say anything about Pekan (come on... read Sakmongkol carefully, I even dare to "lepak2" in the middle of the road in Kg Dong some 40 years ago), I would leave to the samseng kampong from Pekan himself to do it! Tell you what Sakmongkol, Kg Dong Raub was just 60 miles from KUALA LUMPUR and you..from Pekan fella, Pekan was like 4 days journey to KL those days! Did I hear people in Pekan haven't seen a train till this day? Don't play play ha!..sakmongkol! Joke aside, they use to say, we shit in the hulu and it float and flow to Pekan. All rivers flow to Pekan....get what I mean my dear friend Sakmongkol! Back to the serious part... Just to add a bit on what Sakmongkol said...the Dato' Ishak is of the...

When Najib becomes the PM. The Pahang Connection Part 1 (The Politicians)

Pahang people will definitely be happy if Najib becomes the PM and it come with high hopes and expectations. It will be the second time the son of Pahang becomes the PM. The first was Tun Abdul Razak Hussein, Najib's father. The people of Pahang will be hoping and expecting that Najib will bring good things to Pahang. Whilst knowing that Najib will be the PM for Malaysia and not just for Pahang, the people of Pahang will expect their wish-lists be fulfilled by Najib. Najib was born both biologically and politically in Pahang. Pahang is thus his political base. With 14 Parliamentary and 42 State Assembly seats, Pahang can easily give Najib the strength needed. Umno and BN in Pahang have 14 divisions each. CAMERON HIGHLANDS The Ketua Bahagian is YB Dato' Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail. He is a first term EXCO member of the State. Dato' Devamani is the MP and Tanah Rata is represented by a Bebas member. Nothing, in the present set up can be detected as a problem to Najib. Notable person...

Jangan telanjang, malu!

Bolehkah adakan perlawanan tanpa kata mengata, tanpa usik mengusik? Apakah erti perlawanan tanpa godaan begitu? Tanpa senggol senggolan, tanpa gelak ketawa, tanpa hilai t...

Pensioners as bloggers?

Sharkar the Exco member in charge of ICT in Pahang made an announcement in Temerloh on the appointment of pensioners as bloggers. It might be a smart idea and it can be a stupid idea too! Whatever it is, blogspheres might not be the bread and butter of the pensioners. They might not be able to comprehend the fast moving world of blogs. How many pensioners like Tun Dr Mahathir can we find in Pahang? How about getting the unemployed graduates to blog? But do we need to announce their appointment? I will humbly submit to the MB to scrape the idea ASAP!

Razak Speaks Out...Cockily!

I am happy that Razak Baginda is a free man now. I always believe that the rule of law do exist and prevail in Malaysia. I have full faith in the Malaysian Judiciary. I always say "Its better to acquit a guilty person then to punish an innocent person". But, when I read Razak Baginda: God and family were his saviours in the NST today, I am wondering why should Razak Baginda be so cocky? As reported at the bottom of the article :- Suggestion that he may not return home after his doctorate studies in UK: "I'll be back in a couple of months, unless I get a cushy job like prime minister of the UK." What made Razak say that? Does he think he is damned bloody good? (read it with Cockney slang) Come on Razak, stop the rubbish. The people of Malaysia know you. Don't spoil Najib's reputation any further... Najib is from Pahang and I'm from Pahang too.

Tapi kalau salam langsung tak genggam, baik tak salam lagi baik!

Syed Hamid, the best Pembangkang in the World!

Kuantan Perlu Bas Bandar

Why should Pahang follow Penang?

YB Leong Ngah Ngah of DAP representing Triang in the Pahang State Assembly in his speech debating the State Budget, urged the State Government to follow the style of DAP in Penang. Among others he urged the State Government to tender available lands to the highest bidder. He was responding to the Chief Minister, Dato' Sri Adnan Yaakob who questioned him on how to obtain other source of revenue for the State. If that is the mentality of DAP and the Pakatan Rakyat, sooner or later the whole country will be in the hands of the rich leaving the poor without any land. Worse still, the State will be owned by proxies of unfriendly nations. Knowing Leong Ngah Ngah, he must be speaking on behalf of the National DAP and Pakatan Rakyat!

Pahang’ s Budget 2009

UCAPAN BAJET TAHUN 2009 YAB MENTERI BESAR PAHANG ASSALAMU'ALAIKUM WARAHMATULLAHI WABARAKATUH. BISMILLAHIRRAHMANIRRAHIM. Yang Berhormat Tuan Yang DiPertua, 1. PENDAHULUAN 1. Yang Berhormat Tuan Yang DiPertua, 2. SENARIO EKONOMI GLOBAL. 2. Keadaan ekonomi global pada umumnya bergantung kepada dua faktor utama: pertama, harga minyak mentah; kedua, sistem kewangan ...
