YAB Dato' Sri Haji Adnan Bin Haji Yaakob, Menteri Besar Pahang bersedia merundingkan semula terma dan syarat bekalan air mentah ke Selangor. Namun beliau belum lagi berjumpa dengan Menteri Besar Selangor YAB Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim. Bagi pihak Pahang, segala terma dan syarat perjanjian yang ditandatangani dengan kerajaan Selangor dibawah BN dahulu masih sanggup di patuhi. Kalau Selangor dibawah Pakatan Rakyat sekarang mahu mengkaji semula terma-terma pun boleh. Pahang masih boleh berunding. Begitu lah gentlemannya Pahang dibawah pimpinan YAB Dato' Sri Adnan. I read today's NST page 6 titled "Hospital and doctor maybe hauled up over leaked report" It's not about the title, it's the part on the Pusrawi doctor "Dr Mohamed Osman, in the leaked report, allegedly found "zero active bleeding", "zero ulcer or pus", "zero tear and scar" in Mohd Saiful's anus. The report "advised" Mohd Saiful to go to a government hospital so as "to rule out" assault and sodomy." Well, well....they managed to read the doctor's handwriting. Terengganu dah pakai Mercedes E200 buatan Pekan Pahang. Pahang masih lagi pakai Perdana V6. Sepatutnya Pahang lah mula pakai kereta Mercedes tu sebab dibuat di Pekan Pahang. Bila lagi nak promosi buatan tempatan hasil tangan orang Pekan setanding dengan orang German. Kenapa tak patut pilih Perdana V6? 1. Gearbox banyak masalah. Dalam "D" boleh tiba-tiba tukar "N". Bayangkan kalau sedang memotong kenderaan lain. Tiba-tiba tak ada gear, kereta depan pun sampai... 2. Tiada airbag. Bayangan bawa VIP penting Negeri. Kalau accident parah. What actually does it mean? In the eyes of the Court a person brought to Court to be charged is presumed to be innocent. It is not for us to say whether he or she is guilty or not guilty. The Police being the institution entrusted to carry out the investigation of criminal cases, might have all the necessary evidence to be produced in Court. If the Police fail to do so, the person accused will be declared not guilty. But he or she might not necessarily be innocent! Similarly with arresting a person. Heard about Anwar Ibrahim been arrested yesterday. Can't really say whether he was arrested on allegation of sodomy or for failing to present himself at IPK KL. From experience as a Magistrate in the 80's, it can't be for both. Police had investigated the allegation & the police report lodged by Saiful Bukhari and upon having reason to believe that an offence have been committed by the suspect, police have all the authority to arrest. Sodomy is an arrestable offence. For not showing up at the IPK KL, I don't think it is an arrestable offence. Can't find it under the Criminal Procedure Code ( CPC ). In the first place why was Anwar given the special treatment of an appointment with the police when he is a suspect? If it's you or me, the police will just come charging looking for you at the slightest of sight! The police will not set an appointment for you to present yourself at that Balai . What will I do if I am Anwar Ibrahim? My wife & daughter are already MPs . I had been the TPM of Malaysia once before. No other way but I must be the PM of Malaysia and I want it fast. NOW. In Islam sodomy or liwat (Anal sex) is forbidden whether done with a man or a woman. In the case of the police report against Anwar Ibrahim, the alleged sodomy was with a man named Saiful . 10 years ago in 1998, Anwar Ibrahim (the Accused) was charged for sodomy too but was subsequently acquitted by the highest court of the country. Nevertheless the acquittal was based on technical grounds. Not on the ground that the act of sodomy did not happen. All the judges from the High Court, The Court of Appeal and the Federal Court agreed that there was sodomy but could not convict the accused on technical grounds. The accused is no ordinary person.
