The Perak MB is wrong in saying that the Two Perak excos do not have to quit!
Agree that they are not Civil Servants or commonly known as Government Servants and EXCOs are not subject to the General Orders (GO).
EXCOs are Members of the Administration or Anggota Pentadbiran as defined by the Federal Constitution and applied mutatis mutandis at the State level. (See Article 160 of the Federal Constitution) or look up http://www.pogar.org/publications/other/constitutions/malaysia-e.pdf
That be the case, the 2 EXCOs should be suspended from their jobs as in the case of Kasitah Gadam when he was charged in Court whilst holding the post of a Minister.
